Squam Lake's Sustainable Development off to a Strong Start

The Squam River Landing community is showing signs of an upswing in the Squam Lake real estate market. Our sustainable development has sparked the interest of potential home buyers even in the off-season. The initial release of homesites began late this past November with a simple whisper campaign and within just a few short weeks it has produced several future home owners who have already put in their reservations here at Squam River Landing.

These future home owners are taking advantage of the limited time offer on incentives for the first twelve homesites in the initial release of the community. The first release of homesites consists of 24 home site locations. Several homesites feature views of Squam Lake or mountain range views to the southwest.
