Squam River Landing: Discovery Home Moves Forward

After much patience and planning, Squam River Landing has officially broken ground with the construction of our discovery home!  The home will be on homesite 14 which sits toward the top of the ridge line and boasts short-range views of the mountains to the South.  The floor plan emphasizes open living space while connecting outdoor elements to optimize views.

This discovery home will feature 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and comfortable open living space.  The main floor and second floor square footage totals approximately 2,200.  The model home will also feature an unfinished walkout lower level allowing you to experience the full size potential of this floor plan.
