Discovery Home Construction: Update

Squam River Landing is finishing up excavation work on homesite 14 in preparation for the foundation.  Rather than using a traditional concrete foundation, the discovery home will feature Insulated Concrete Forms or ICFs.  Using a combination of foam and concrete, ICFs provide a higher level of insulation which benefits both the homeowner and the environment.
